Nevanac

Contains the active ingredient: Nepafenac 0.1%. 

It acts as a "prodrug," meaning it penetrates the cornea and is converted by ocular tissues into the active form, amfenac.

What is it used for?

Postoperative Care: Treatment of pain and inflammation associated with cataract surgery.

Diabetic Care: Reduction in the risk of developing postoperative macular edema (swelling in the back of the eye) in diabetic patients after cataract surgery.
